Carla Flores is a skilled service designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Service Designer at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since May 2022, Carla is also a Co-Founder at Nómades, dedicated to empowering artisan women in Peru. Previously engaged as a freelance consultant, Carla has worked on innovation projects for clients like Campo Fe and GIZ.
