Carla Flores is a skilled service designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Service Designer at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since May 2022, Carla is also a Co-Founder at Nómades, dedicated to empowering artisan women in Peru. Previously engaged as a freelance consultant, Carla has worked on innovation projects for clients like Campo Fe and GIZ. With a solid background at Fjord and INSITUM, Carla has developed expertise in service design, social innovation, and strategic research, utilizing ethnographic methods and user-centered design principles. Carla holds a Master of Science in Product-Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a degree in Industrial Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
