Carolina Penaflor

Carolina Penaflor has extensive work experience in various roles at Procter & Gamble, starting as a Sales Representative and progressing to roles such as Sales Manager, Country Manager, and Commercial Director. Carolina also held positions at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, where they served as the Executive Vice President of Distribution before becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2021.

Carolina Penaflor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru from 1995 to 1999. Carolina is currently pursuing Advanced Human Resources Executive Education at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and completed a program on Leading Change in an Age of Digital Transformation at INSEAD in 2021.
