Cecilia Garcia

Cecilia Garcia possesses extensive experience in software quality assurance and development, currently serving as Sub-Gerente de Desarrollo de SW y QA and Sub-Gerente Calidad TI at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since August 2018. Prior to this role, Cecilia held positions at Avantica from July 2013 to August 2018, including QA Manager and QA Lead, where notable contributions included testing process improvements across various sectors such as finance and telecommunications. Additionally, Cecilia has served as a Research Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and held multiple roles at North South Studios Peru S.A.C from February 2009 to July 2013, progressing from QA Tester to QA Manager. Cecilia holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
