Cristian VELASQUEZ FRANCO

Cristian Velasquez Franco is a Labor and Employee Relations Professional with extensive expertise in managing complex workplace matters, including voluntary and involuntary terminations, collective bargaining, and compliance processes. Cristian earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and recently completed a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations at the Università degli Studi di Torino. Cristian's previous roles include practicing at Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados and holding positions at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, YOBEL SCM, and Claro Perú, where they developed strong skills in labor consultancy and team collaboration.
