Danny Humberto Escalante Gallardo

Danny Humberto Escalante Gallardo is a seasoned tech lead with extensive experience in web application development and software architecture. Currently serving as a Tech Lead at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since October 2018, Danny oversees the development standards for the “Portal de Canales.” Prior to this role, Danny worked at Interbank as a Tech Lead from December 2015 to September 2018, managing various banking web applications and promoting best practices in software development. Danny's earlier experience includes serving as a Software Architect at MDP CONSULTING S.A.C, where responsibilities included leading design and construction under SOA standards for Banco Interbank, and as a Lead Developer and Analyst Developer on projects for clients such as Ingenia and Profuturo AFP. Danny holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, obtained in 2011.
