Diego Serkovic has a diverse work experience starting as a Marketing and Product Manager at Grupo El Comercio in 2011. Diego then worked as a Marketing Manager at SE Semana Económica from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they were the Head of Marketing at Cabify. Later, they joined Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros in various roles, including Innovation Product Owner and B2B Innovation and Growth Manager. In 2022, they became the Head SME at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros. Additionally, they are currently a Professor at Postgrado UPC, teaching a course on Innovaccion and Growth Hacking.

Diego Serkovic has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de San Agustín obtained in 2010. Diego later pursued an International MBA from CENTRUM PUCP from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they completed a specialization in Digital Marketing at Illinois State University. Continuing their education, in 2020, Diego undertook a program in Strategic Change Management focusing on Innovation and Digital Transformation at Kellogg Executive Education. Most recently, in 2021, they attended MIT Professional Education to further their expertise in Innovation Leadership.
