Giselle Larco Sousa

Giselle Larco Sousa has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since February 2012 in various leadership roles including VPE de Transformación, Head of Execution, and VP Postventa. Prior to this, Giselle held the position of Subdirectora de Seguros de Vida at MAPFRE PERÚ from October 2006 to February 2012, and worked at Pacífico Seguros from January 2002 to October 2006 in a role focused on non-traditional channels. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Insurance and Operational Risk from EADE, an MBA from the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico.
