Gustavo Zuazo

Gustavo Zuazo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in transformative leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vicepresidente de Arquitectura Tecnológica at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since September 2019, Gustavo oversees the alignment of technological strategy with business objectives. Previously, as Gerente de Arquitectura TI at Rimac, pivotal contributions included the evolution of digital architecture to address industry challenges through agile governance models. Gustavo’s background includes a senior managerial role at everis, directing digital transformation projects in banking, as well as leadership positions at DXC Technology, Nubidia, Entel Perú, and Nextel del Perú S.A., where responsibilities spanned project implementation, system integration, and software development management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
