Héctor Sugai Uyajara

Héctor Sugai Uyajara is a skilled professional in customer experience and product design with extensive experience in leading teams and developing strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Lead - CX Design at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since February 2020, Héctor guides the customer experience team and designs strategic roadmaps based on Voice of Customer indicators.
