Javier Zárate is currently the Data Partner Lead at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, having previously held roles such as Data Analytics Lead at Culqi and Discipline Manager of Data Strategy at BBVA in Peru. Javier also serves as a part-time lecturer in Data Analytics at Universidad ESAN and has experience as an analyst of projects at Universidad del Pacífico. With a background in Information Engineering from Universidad del Pacífico and ongoing studies for a Master’s in Data Science & AI at UTEC, Javier has a strong interest in analytics, business intelligence, and visualization.
