Johanna Agip

Johanna Agip serves as Subgerente de Performance y Gobierno de TI at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since February 2022, leading technical coherence and sustainable development plans for the IT Tribe. Previously, at La Positiva Seguros from March 2007 to January 2022, Johanna held multiple leadership roles, including Apoderado de Gobierno de TI and Apoderado de Proyectos de TI, overseeing the IT governance area and portfolio of technological initiatives. With a strong background in project management and systems analysis, Johanna has successfully managed diverse IT projects and developed key strategic plans aligned with business objectives. Educational qualifications include a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, along with multiple specializations and a Master's in Business Administration from ESADE Business School and Universidad ESAN.
