Jorge Ayala Paz has extensive experience in financial planning and strategic management. Jorge worked at Interbank from June 2015 to August 2018, serving as Jefe estrategia, Analista de planeamiento, and Analista senior rentabilidad. From September 2018 to May 2024, Jorge held the position of Sub gerente de planeamiento financiero at Oechsle. Currently, Jorge is the Líder de Excelencia y Transformación Comercial at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since May 2024. Jorge holds a Master of Business Administration from EGADE Business School and a Licenciatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Additionally, Jorge completed a Master in Innovation and Sustainability at EADA Business School and has an Especialización in Finance from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
