Martin Bazo

Martin Bazo has extensive experience in information technology and operations management, currently serving as Gerente de Infraestructura y Operaciones TI and previously as Gerente de Desarrollo de TI at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since October 2019. Prior to that, Martin held multiple positions at Banco de Crédito BCP, including Gerente de Gobierno y Estrategia de Arquitecturas de TI, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of an Information Governance Program with McKinsey's consultancy. Martin's earlier roles at Banco de Crédito BCP also encompassed compliance, project management, and technological solutions, with significant achievements in regulatory compliance and system modernization. Martin began a career in IT management at Independent Rehabilitation Services, contributing to significant operational growth and efficiency improvements. Martin holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad de Lima.
