Natalia Weimann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, strategy, and human-centered approaches across various industries. Currently serving as Subgerente de Guided Care Experience and Subgerente de Estrategia at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, Natalia is also a Co-Founder of Baobabs. Previous roles include Human Centered Design Expert & Project Manager at BREIN, Co-founder & Chief Experience Officer at Boostvo, and Co-founder & Strategic Design Lead at Wawi. Natalia's expertise extends to design research leadership at Interbank's Labentana Innovation Lab, and as a design thinking professor at Miami Ad School Lima. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology and postgraduate studies in Design Management, complemented by a strong background in user-centered design and innovation methodologies.
