Ursula la Torre Butrón

Ursula La Torre Butrón began their career in 2011 as an Analyst of Administrative Management at Cencosud S.A., where they oversaw payroll and contract management. Ursula later transitioned to AmBev as an Analyst of People and Management, focusing on payroll and contract monitoring. In 2015, Ursula moved to Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros as Chief of Administrative Management, leading payroll and administrative processes. Throughout their tenure there, they progressed to roles like HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner, assisting with strategic HR initiatives and supporting digital and agile transformation. Their responsibilities included HR advisory, internal client support, and promoting cultural alignment within the organization.

Ursula La Torre Butrón completed their Licenciatura in Administracion de Empresas at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 1999 to 2005. Ursula then pursued a Diplomado in Recursos Humanos at Universidad Ricardo Palma in 2007. Later on, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2017 to 2019.
