Nikhil Setty

Nikhil Setty is a mechanical engineer specializing in battery systems, currently working at Rimac Technology since January 2023, focusing on the development of a cell contacting system for customer projects. Prior experience includes a role as a product development engineer for The ePlane Company, where compact batteries and propulsion systems for passenger eVTOLs were developed. Nikhil also contributed to the vehicle electrification division at Log 9 Materials as an assistant engineer, working on hybrid chemistry battery pack development for e-scooters. An early experience at Ather Energy involved designing and prototyping accessories for scooters. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering, along with pre-university studies in Mathematics and Biology at Coorg Public School and high school education at St. Mary’s International School.
