André Passon

André Passon has a diverse work experience in various industries. André co-founded RIMASYS in 2016 and was responsible for strategy and business development. Prior to that, they worked as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2017. André also had a role in strategic procurement at Roche from 2011 to 2012. In 2009, they worked on supply chain optimization at Volkswagen AG and in 2008, they gained experience in industrial engineering at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (BSH).

André Passon has a diverse educational background in the field of engineering, business, and language. In 2006, they started their undergraduate studies at ESB Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Following their bachelor's degree, André pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering at ESB Business School from 2010 to 2012.

In 2008, André spent a semester abroad at Beijing Language and Culture University, focusing on Chinese language and literature. The following year, in 2009, they attended Beijing University of Technology for a semester abroad as part of the Chinese Business and Management Program.

In 2011, André had the opportunity to participate in another semester abroad, this time at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. During this semester, they specialized in IT Project Management as part of an MBA program.
