Rachel Wright is currently the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Rimes, a position held since 2025. Previously, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as an Associate Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where they advanced to the role of Consultant and then Manager. Prior to that, Rachel served as a Sales Analyst and Sales Associate at J.P. Morgan from 2016 to 2019, following an internship in sales at the firm in 2015. Their early experiences include participating in a summer insight programme at Citi and a spring internship at Credit Suisse in 2014. Rachel holds a 1st Class Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Oxford, completed in 2016.
