Ryan Osman has been with Rimes since May 2022, currently serving as the Operational Service Desk Team Lead after initially working as a Service Desk Specialist. Prior to joining Rimes, Ryan held the position of Service Desk 2nd Line at Darwin from June 2012 to March 2022. Ryan completed education at Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School between 2006 and 2012.
