Connie Bartels, CPCU, AMIM, has extensive experience in risk management and finance. From 2006 to 2009, Connie held various roles at United Technologies, culminating as Risk Finance Manager. Currently, Connie serves as President at UT Insurance VT, overseeing increased responsibilities at UTC's captive insurance company since 2008, and as Senior Director of Risk Management at Raytheon Technologies, leading initiatives for managing corporate hazard risks. Additionally, Connie contributed to the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc. as Director of the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter from 2014 to 2015.
