Alex Leak

Alex Leak is an experienced energy consultant currently serving as an Energy Storage Solutions Consultant at RINA since December 2023, previously holding the position of Jr Engineering Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Net Zero Consultant at Resolve Energy Ltd, where Alex established partnerships and designed customized energy transition strategies. Alex also completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Engineering: Offshore Renewable Energy at the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioresource Engineering at McGill University, where involvement in significant projects included leading a team for the NASA/CSA Deep Space Food Challenge and contributions to the MUTRAC Tractor Pulling Team. Additional roles held include Assistant Project Manager at Capital City Group, Research and Database Analyst at KAJJN Professional Services, and Figure Skating Coach at Skate Canada.
