Andy Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defence sectors, currently serving as Director of Through Life Capability Management at RINA since December 2016. In this role, Andy oversees the delivery teams responsible for training and competence management, aligning their activities with the operational and strategic goals of the UK Business Unit.
