Brian Harper is the Director of Design-Build at RINA North America, where they manage construction, engineering, and design-build projects for private and public clients since 2005. Prior to this role, Brian worked as an Environmental Scientist at Environmental Design International, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
