David Hurst

David Hurst is a Senior Consultant in Asset Management at RINA, having previously held roles at VHB as a Program Manager and at Dye Management Group, Inc. as a Project Manager. They began their career as a Business License Inspector and Floodplain Manager for the City of Forest Acres and have accumulated extensive experience in transportation planning and asset management. David holds a degree from the University of South Carolina - The Moore School of Business, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
