Devrim Kaçar

Devrim Kaçar is a seasoned marine surveyor currently serving as the Manager of Newbuilding & Testing at RINA Turkey. With a strong background in the shipbuilding and marine industry, they possess extensive experience in project management, site supervision, and maritime operations. Devrim has held various roles, including Officer at the Turkish Navy and Project Manager at Celik Tekne A S, and has worked with organizations such as ABS Consulting and Sefine Shipyard. They earned a bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
