Principal Power Systems Engineer at Rina

Gerasimos Doris is a Senior Power Systems Engineer with extensive experience in managing and leading projects within the power systems domain. Currently at RINA, Gerasimos leads transient voltage studies for battery energy storage systems in Japan. Previous roles include senior positions at RINA conducting transient stability studies for major offshore wind farms in the UK and managing projects such as the Baltic Eagle Offshore Wind Farm. Earlier experience includes roles at WSP in the UK, where project management and technical analyses were key responsibilities, and technical support for wind turbine operations at WPO. Gerasimos holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from The University of Edinburgh and an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace.
