Izzy Zhou

Izzy Zhou currently serves as the HR Head for the APAC region at RINA since January 2022. Prior to this role, Izzy Zhou held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Bombardier, managing HR functions across China, Dubai, and Australia from January 2020 to December 2021. From November 2013 to December 2019, Izzy Zhou worked as a Senior HRBP for Bombardier Aerospace, covering various divisions in China. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at GE Oil & Gas, where support was provided to over 180 employees, and roles in HR operations and training at GE Corporate and GE Power, respectively. Izzy Zhou holds a Master's degree in Business Management and two Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature, as well as Business Administration, all from East China Normal University.
