Khalil Farouk is an experienced Marine Surveyor and Ship in Service Manager at RINA, where they have worked from 2014 to 2023, specializing in ISM, ISPS, and ISO lead auditing. They demonstrated their expertise as a Principal Marine Surveyor, conducting surveys and training for junior surveyors across various regions, including Africa and the Middle East. Khalil holds a B.Sc. in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from Alexandria University, which they completed in 2002. Prior to RINA, Khalil held significant positions with Romalex Marine and the Egyptian Naval Force, accumulating extensive experience in maritime operations and safety.
