Laura Bloomberg, PE, SE, is currently the Director of Bridges at RINA North America and also serves as the Capital Program Oversight Manager at RINA. Previously, Laura held roles as a Senior Bridge Engineer at WSP USA and as a Project Engineer at Patrick Engineering. Laura began their career as a Construction Intern at the Missouri Department of Transportation and later worked as a Structural Engineer at Welsch Engineering. They earned a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
