Lucy Keohane

Lucy Keohane is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at RINA since October 2023. Previously, Lucy served as Franchise Director at Waves from October 2018 to May 2023. From March 2016 to November 2018, Lucy was the Chair of the Responsible Car Wash Company, where responsibilities included founding the future of car wash group and launching a scheme at the House of Lords to promote improved standards and licensing through collaboration with various stakeholders. Lucy's extensive career at Tesco PLC spanned from May 2000 to September 2018, encompassing roles such as Responsible Sourcing Manager for the UK and ROI, People Partner for Product Quality, HR Manager for Product Quality and at the Kensington location in London, and Project Manager for the Values Award Ceremony held at Wembley. Lucy's educational background includes attending The Park School in Yeovil.
