Massimo Frattini is an experienced Marine Surveyor and Plan Approval Engineer with a robust background in marine and naval engineering, holding a degree from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II'. Between September 2013 and June 2010, Massimo worked at RINA, engaging in various plan approval activities, ship surveys, and compliance audits, particularly focusing on stability, safety plans, and Marpol Annexes. Massimo has also conducted surveys on charter and pleasure class yachts, inland waterways, and general cargo engines, alongside testing equipment for both naval and oil & gas applications.
