Murat Dulger

Murat Dulger has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of GCC Infrastructure & Mobility Project Management and the Head of Turkey Transport & Infrastructure at RINA Consulting since May 2016. Murat has a strong track record in overseeing major projects such as the Test & Commissioning Authority of Iraq Central Bank Tower Construction and various procurement inspections across significant infrastructure projects in Turkey and abroad. Prior experience includes managerial and project control roles at S&Q MART A.S., Synergy Construct SRL, and Polimeks, where Murat led initiatives in construction supervision, quality control, and business development. Murat holds an MBA in Real Estate Financing and Valuation from Okan University and a degree from Istanbul Technical University, along with formative education in Istanbul and Eskisehir.
