Raluca Haliț

Raluca Haliț currently serves as a Local Council Member for Bucharest’s 1st District, having been elected in 2020 and re-elected in 2024. With extensive experience in institutional relations, Raluca heads European-level initiatives at RINA, where they focus on business development and customer relationships. Their background includes positions in the Romanian government, providing expertise on various topics, including international law and public administration. Raluca holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Security Studies and a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Bucharest, as well as a Master's degree in Security and Defense from the National University of Defense "CAROL I."
