Raphael Talayer

Raphael Talayer is the founder of EWAC Desenvolvimento Empresarial, established in September 2010, with a mission to revolutionize organizational management systems by structuring growth strategies and simplifying processes. In addition to founding EWAC, Raphael serves as an external auditor and has held leadership roles in assessing compliance with various ISO standards at ABNT, RINA, and Bureau Veritas Group. Raphael has also instructed on ISO standards at BSI and worked as a consultant at Petrobras, focusing on integrated management systems. Academic credentials include a doctorate in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense, along with specialized training in Economics and Environment from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
