Rini R.

Rini R. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Manager at RINA since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing HR operations across Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Prior to this role, Rini held various positions including Head of HR & Administration and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Vena Energy from May 2017 to September 2019, and HR Manager at Westcon-Comstor Asia from April 2015 to April 2017. Rini's career began at PT. Tunnel Mining Indonesia as Office Manager from January 2006 to December 2009, and earlier roles include HR Manager and Project HR at KOPEX SA from January 2010 to March 2015, as well as English Translator at PT. Trantekindo Nindyatama in mid-2005. Rini holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Lambung Mangkurat University, completed in 2005.
