Ruben Valsecchi is a Civil Structural Engineer at RINA, where responsibilities include the design of underground infrastructures, seismic vulnerability assessments of dams, R/C buildings, and soil-related structures within the Land, Infrastructure, and Building Unit's Geotechnics & Hydro group since April 2019.
