Sara Parodi serves as the Global Continuous Improvement Manager at RINA since December 2022, focusing on process optimization initiatives and implementing Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. In addition, Sara has been an external evaluator and reviewer for the European Commission since January 2005, specifically for the Marie Curie calls in the environmental panel. Prior experience includes a role as a senior engineer at RINA Consulting (formerly D'Appolonia) from February 2001 to February 2023, where project management of European Commission-funded research projects under the H2020 programme was a primary responsibility. Sara holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Genoa, earned between 1994 and 2000.
