Simona Gullace is the Head of Food Product Management at RINA, a role they have held since 2021. Since 2007, they have also been the Food Technical Marketing Reference for North West Italy and a food auditor at Agroqualità S.p.A. Simona earned a Laurea in Scienze Biologiche from the Università degli Studi di Torino in 1998.
