Sofia Animato

Sofia Animato is an experienced professional with a background in human resources and education. At RINA, Sofia served as an HR Process Improvement Coordinator and previously as an HR Process Improvement Intern within the Global People Experience division. Sofia also worked as an Online English Tutor for business students through Preply and gained culinary experience as a Demi Chef De Partie at Belmond, enhancing client experience in a luxury setting. Sofia holds a Management MSc in Business Administration and Management from Università degli Studi di Genova and Gdańsk University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from both Università degli Studi di Genova and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, achieving top academic honors in each program.
