Peter Blair possesses a wealth of experience in technology leadership and product development. Currently serving as VP of Development/CIO at Rincon Technology, Inc. since April 2004, Peter leads the design and operation of proprietary systems for market intelligence and sales enablement. As CEO of Reggatta Systems, Inc., established in 1996, Peter focuses on creating software that enhances user efficiency, including recent innovations in mobile applications for the E-Detailing market. Previous roles include VP of Information Technology at Somera Communications, Director of Product Development at Kinko's World Headquarters, and Professional Services Consultant at Netscape, with a solid foundation in product management from DHL and software development at Frank B. Hall Insurance Brokerage. Peter holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from California State University, East Bay.
