Manuela Serban

Manuela Serban has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Manuela'smost recent position was at RINF TECH, where they served as the Human Resources Director and Talent Acquisition Manager starting in March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at QUALITANCE as the Talent & Performance Manager from May 2018 to March 2019, and as the Recruitment Manager from April 2011 to May 2018. Before joining QUALITANCE, they held the role of Branch Manager at Trenkwalder from December 2009 to September 2010. Manuela also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower Romania from August 2008 to December 2009. Additionally, Manuela worked as an HR Executive at Paper Plus from 2007 to 2008, and as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Romania from 2004 to 2006.

Manuela Serban completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and PR from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2003 to 2007. Recently, in the years 2019 to 2021, they obtained another Bachelor's degree from Romania Jobs in the field of International Relations and Affairs.
