Brian Didlake has over 14 years of experience in information technology operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Information Technology Operations at Ring Container Technologies since December 2011. In this role, Brian oversees Network Operations, PC Help Desk, and Server administration, with a focus on the growing area of mobility management. Prior to this, Brian served as Team Lead for Windows Enterprise Architecture at International Paper, managing 100 domain controllers and achieving 99% uptime availability for directory services. Brian's early career includes serving as a Platoon Sergeant in the US Army, managing a 55-person platoon. Brian holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Armstrong State University.
