Currently serving as Plant Manager at Ring Container Technologies since May 2014, Matt is responsible for overseeing plant operations and enhancing productivity. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Operations Manager at Constar International from November 1997 to April 2014, where responsibilities included managing operational efficiency and contributing to the company's growth.
