Che Wei Chang is a highly experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr. Device Quality Manager at Ring since May 2021, Che Wei Chang has effectively communicated with cross-functional global teams, managed AI inspection development, and overseen factory operations in Southeast Asia. Previous roles at Dell Technologies included Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer, where key responsibilities involved managing ODMs, developing quality systems, and conducting audits. As a co-founder of Like It Formosa, Che Wei Chang successfully led free walking tours, enhancing the experience for international travelers.
