Remus Mois is an experienced software development leader currently serving as the Ring Poland Lead at Ring since July 2021, overseeing the software development team. Prior to this, Remus held the position of Senior Manager - Software Development at Amazon, where leadership of the Celebrity AI Agent program for Alexa took place from November 2018 to July 2021. Before that role, Remus managed Amazon's Text-to-Speech voices at Amazon Development Center Poland from July 2008 to July 2021. Early career experience includes positions as Production Manager at Cersanit SA, Head of Personnel at Scan Con Group A/S, Project Manager at Studio Gambit Sp. z o.o., and ATM Service Engineer at Solidex S.A. Remus holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Gdansk and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Gdańsku.
