Sara Derosa

Sara DeRosa has a diverse background in leadership development, employee engagement, and training, with extensive experience at Ring since July 2018 in various managerial and specialist roles. Prior to Ring, Sara served as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Amazon from January 2020 to February 2022 and has a military background with the Air National Guard from September 2002 to March 2018, holding positions as an Aircraft Evaluator Loadmaster. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Resiliency Instructor and Formal Training Evaluator in the United States Air Force from 2011 to December 2014. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, an Instructor of Applied Science and Technology degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University.
