Tim Wellener

Tim Wellener is an experienced program management professional with a strong background in the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart home technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Program Management at Ring since March 2017, Tim plays a crucial role in developing security products that aim to enhance neighborhood safety. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Director of Customer Program Management at Zonoff, where leadership was demonstrated in managing complex programs for national clients in the smart home market. Tim's extensive experience at IMS Health included key leadership roles across various functions, including the development of global financial systems and enterprise strategies, underlining a strong capability in technology roadmap creation and governance processes. Tim's educational foundation includes degrees in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MSIA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University.
