Ed Mallory

Ed Mallory is the CEO and Co-founder of Ring4 Business, where they lead product, engineering, and go-to-market efforts as Ring4 builds a better phone system for small businesses. Before Ring4, they served at Voxox in multiple leadership roles, including Director of Operations (2008–2014) where they modernized operations and built a Customer Success function, and later as VP of Product, acting COO, coordinating product portfolios, launches, and strategic partnerships. Earlier in their career at Voxox, they held Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, Product Operations roles, driving GTM strategy, scaling teams, and launching a white-label product in Malaysia that added 12k new users in its first year. They founded EDIT (1998–2006), providing IT services and selling the business in 2004 to join Voxox as employee #2.
