Allison Jaynes

Allison Jaynes currently serves as the Director of Content Design at RingCentral, a position held since January 2021, and has previously held roles such as Lead UX Content Designer and Senior UX Content Strategist. Prior to RingCentral, Allison worked at Walmart eCommerce as a UX Content Strategist, focusing on content strategies for various technologies. At Verizon, roles included Lead Experience Designer, where leadership of a content strategy group aimed to enhance customer satisfaction through clear UX text, and Manager of Content Strategy, where the establishment of comprehensive writing guidelines was key. Earlier experiences at Verizon Laboratories involved leading user experience initiatives and conducting extensive UX research. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Human Factors Engineering/Engineering Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
