Alvin Lam

Alvin Lam is the current Vice President of Employee Success - Global Talent Acquisition at RingCentral. Prior to this, Alvin held various positions in the talent acquisition field with companies such as Rafter, Inc., VSS Monitoring, TOSGA, DIRECTV, and Meru Networks. In 2003, Alvin founded Fatjobs, a company that provided a job board for larger individuals. After a successful run with Fatjobs, Alvin transitioned into the role of Contract Senior Technical Recruiter with Fuze Networks. Alvin has been instrumental in the success of many companies and continues to be a leader in the talent acquisition field.

Alvin Lam received their BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
